After struggling with weight and unhealthy habits, I changed my life through discipline and jump rope, losing over 70 pounds and transforming my health and mindset.
What started as a personal journey grew into something bigger through fashion, books, music, and community inspiring others to break bad habits and become a stronger version of themselves.
